Delivery Times

Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment.

These are delivery estimates - sometimes there are shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Processing Returns

Kindly ensure that the item is sent back via mail and postmarked within 7 days.

The items being returned must be unworn and in their original state, along with their original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for altered items.

Upon receipt and examination of the returned item, we will handle your return or exchange.

If the item is found damaged, heavily wrinkled, worn, or in an unacceptable state, we may decline the return or apply an extra restocking fee.

Exchanges are usually sent after 3-4 days upon receiving the original item.

All returns or exchanges finalize the order, no further returns.

International Orders

Returns and exchanges are only for domestic orders; all international orders are final sale.
